We are truly apologetic and deeply regret the situation we have put you in.
We understand that your order has been stuck in USPS Chicago for a long time and after personally monitoring your package, it confirms that there will be a delay.
There has been a huge shortage of manpower due to the pandemic and for some reason, workers are still being laid off which makes no sense. We are extremely furious towards USPS Chicago and have been constantly working on getting your package out to you.

I know it can be very frustrating not to be able to receive your package on time, but I can assure you that it will arrive eventually. Therefore, if the tracking doesn’t change by the end of June, we will provide you with a 100% refund and you can keep the swim trainer as a Gift of Apology.
