Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks once shipped; depending on location. Once an order is placed, our team will collect your onesies from the clouds and pack it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Most Shipping and Delivery are back to normal. Depending on your country; Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to clear your order, as they might have to prioritize essential items. Therefore, please expect some delays.
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our return process.
All packages are insured, and we will send you a FREE replacement immediately! If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us and send us an image/video of the defect within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll send you a replacement.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package it just sometime for it to update itself.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
